Curled leaves with clusters of tiny insects and sticky residue

A firm jet of water dislodges most of a colony; hold insecticidal soap or spinosad in reserve for heavy infestations. Lady beetles and lacewings are efficient predators and will finish the job on their own.

Myths
Chili peppers are deadly poisonous to dogs and cats.
